  • Mixed fresh greens and herbs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Small zucchini or regular zucchini
  • Sheep cheese or feta
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Avocado oil

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the greens, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini.
  2. Cut the zucchini into large pieces.
