  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
For Serving
  • Baby carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Radishes
  • Snap peas
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Bell peppers
  • Broccoli florets
  • Cauliflower florets

Method
 

  1. Add the avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and salt to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  6. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh herbs before serving.
